Dr. Benjamin Allen
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Ben Allen graduated from RMIT Melbourne with a Bachelor of Clinical Science and Bachelor of Chiropractic in 2000. From that point, he has gained experience working as a Chiropractor in Murray Bridge, Blackwood, and Elizabeth (South Australia), prior to deciding to locum in various locations after the birth of his second son. This brought him to our clinic in Mount Gambier, a town for which he had an affinity and history, having completed his senior high school years at Grant High.
Ben uses a range of chiropractic techniques, particularly Diversified and Gonstead, to treat a variety of conditions. He has a particular interest in assisting with migraine and back pain, and regularly assists patients with both acute flare-up pain and maintenance (preventative) chiropractic care.
Dr. Ben has also completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy, the knowledge from which complements his abilities to manage overall patient health. Further studies in complementary therapies round out his approach to health management.
Outside of work hours, Dr. Ben enjoys spending time with his wife Catherine, and his two boys, James and Matthew. He also enjoys running, playing soccer, and working on his small hobby farm on the outskirts of Mount Gambier.
