Proactively supporting your well-being by complimenting your Chiropractic care with exercise rehabilitation is an integral part of our care model and contributes to better long term outcomes. 

Our qualified team will work with you in a one-on-one environment to determine your needs and develop a simple, effective, rehabilitation plan for you. Initial appointments are spent thoroughly discussing your history, current health, and fitness status as it relates to your Chiropractic care, and setting a plan of action in place.

 A few specific, gentle activities will be prescribed and demonstrated. These may include light mobility for joint lubrication and muscle plasticity, static stretches, self-massage using a ball or foam roller, and stabilising exercises with a particular focus on the core and/or affected areas. 

 A typical program may consist of a 10-15 minute routine that should be performed 3-4 days per week for up to 12 weeks. Follow-ups in the clinic enable accountability, modification, marking off your progress and supporting you on your journey in good health.
